Yes, all of our Vail Valley Communities welcome pets with a fee of $35.00 a month for pet rent. Some breed restrictions may apply.

Yes, for the protection of all our residents, we require a renters insurance policy with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. We provide all residents with a $15 renters insurance policy to make the move in process more seamless! If you would like to use your own renters insurance, please let us know so we can instruct you on how to upload the insurance documents and avoid the 15 dollar per month charge.

The Vail Valley Communities offer a convenient commute for professionals! The House and Flats on 2nd are located just 20 minutes from Beavercreek Mountain and easily accessible to the Vail Mountain area where Vail Health Hospital and major hospitality employers are located. The House is located within walking distance to public transportation, banks, grocery, and allows for easy access on and off I-70, allowing you to avoid the in-town traffic.

Please sign your lease, pay all upfront fees, and set up your electricity account with Holy Cross Energy. Our team will contact you a few days before move-in to schedule your walkthrough.

Before you move in, you can expect to pay a security deposit of $750.00 an an application fee of $25.00. All fees are outlined in detail during the application process.

To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, the Vail Valley Communities observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. A full list of community guidelines is provided in the lease agreement.

Absolutely. Red Table, The Flats on 2nd, and The House are all conveniently located near public transit options in Eagle and Gypsum. The Core Transit stops 1 block from Red Table and The House, making it convenient to travel to Wolcott, Edwards, Avon, or Vail. Bustang also has a bus stop within walking distance from The House. This bus can take you directly to the DIA airport, allowing yourself or your guests to avoid renting a car or paying high parking premiums when traveling to and from Colorado.

The House offers Vero Fiber internet, offering residents reliable high-speed internet suitable for remote work and streaming. Fiber WiFi is also available in all common areas including the 24-hour gym.

Definitely. Beyond high-speed internet readiness, The House offers amenities conducive to remote work, such as a business center with workspaces that will allow you to work at your community without having to travel to a coffee shop, library or office.

The House Apartments are designed with resident convenience in mind. We offer proximity to public transportation routes, a spacious gym, on-site management office, as well as ADA home availability in addition to an elevator to assist with accessing all floors. At Red Table, we have private garages available for rent. Please inquire about current availability and any associated fees for garage options.

Yes! At Red Table, our beautiful resident clubhouse is available for private rental. It’s the perfect spot for parties, meetings, or family gatherings. To reserve the space, please contact the leasing office for pricing and availability.

We have laundry facilities on every floor at The House. The Flats does not have laundry onsite. Red Table has washers and dryers in all homes of the A Building, while B and C Building have 24-hour access to our onsite laundry facility.

Yes, The House is a bike-friendly community. We provide indoor bike storage, as well as a bike wash.

Accessibility is important. All three communities are conveniently situated near stops for the Core Transit bus routes, providing reliable transportation throughout Gypsum, Eagle, Wolcott, Edward, Glenwood and Avon and Vail.
